Christmas Fayre in the Snow!

Many thanks to all of you who braved the snowy weather and supported our Christmas Fayre on Saturday.  We had a great time and raised £600!!

Big thank you to everyone who helped on the day and those that spent their pennies!!

Christmas Fayre

This Saturday is our annual Christmas Fayre from 12.00pm till 2.00pm.  There will be a raffle, refreshments, cakes, Santa in his Grotto and lots, lots more.  So please come along and support your pre-school,

All money raised goes direct to pre-school so that we can continue to provide high quality childcare and education.

Candle Party

There will be a PartyLite candle party held at pre-school on Wednesday 10th December at 7.30pm.

Your chance to buy some lovely candles and accessories whilst supporting your pre-school as all commission generated will go direct to pre-school.

Committee Meeting

On Wednesday 3rd November we will be having a committee meeting at the Risley Park Pub at 7.30pm.  We will be discussing and planning our upcoming Christmas Fayre - we hope lots of you can join us.

Christmas Day Trip

We have had a very positive response to our recent questionnaire concerning the possibility of organising a day out to Sundown Adventureland on Thursday 9th December.

We now need to gather exact numbers of those children wanting to take part and any parent helpers.

Until final numbers are known we estimate the cost per person to be between £15 - £20.  The date may also be subject to change.

If you would like your child to attend please let Jayne know as soon as possible and before Friday 15th October.  A list will be available to complete on the main doors or please feel free to text, email, phone or let any member of staff know.

We hope lots of you can come along and join in the festive fun!

What's Happening....

Well we're already half way through a term, doesn't time fly by when you're having fun!

A big welcome to all our new starters, we hope you're enjoying your new school.

Next week sees our first parent committee meeting of the new school year.  It will be on Tuesday 5th October at the Risley Park Pub at 7.30pm, the meeting will also include our AGM where we will be electing our committee.  If you'd like to be nominated for a specific role or simply want to find out more please speak to Jayne or pop along on Tuesday and join us for a drink.

Calling all bakers!!  Monday 11th October is the date for our first cake sale, all donations gratefully received whether homemade or shop bought!!  All proceeds will help fund our Christmas creative supplies.
