Premises Update
We are still aiming to be in our new premises just after the half term break in February. All being well we will have our last day in this building on Friday 14th February 2020 and will re-open on TUESDAY 25TH FEBRUARY at the Scout Hut on Stanton Road. Please note that MONDAY 24TH FEBRUARY is an Inset Day to allow us time to get everything in place.

We are currently working very hard to liaise with Ofsted, Derbyshire County Council and Erewash Borough Council as well as streamlining a lot of our resources. Any equipment or furniture that we cannot take with us will be up for sale so please keep an eye on our Facebook page.

Christmas Party Week
This week it’s time to have some fun and enjoy the festive season. So get out those Christmas jumpers and get ready for party games, dancing, ice-cream & jelly with Jon from Asda, tattoos, DVD time and of course some yummy treats for snack. Every child attending next week will also receive a special goody bag from Santa, so please remember to send in your pennies as Santa needs a little help ;)

We would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

Some children will become eligible for their government funded hours (their ‘free’ place) for the first time and the appropriate funding forms will be issued prior to the end of this term. Christmas Fair – Saturday 30th December - 11am - 1pm
Plans are now under way for our first major fundraiser of the school year; this is always a lovely festive event with Santa in his grotto and lots of lovely things to do. But in order to make it a success we need lots of helpers; so if you can help out in anyway or have any ideas for a stall or know a local company who’d like to donate a prize for our raffle then please speak to either Jayne, Julie or any of our committee.

Non-Uniform Week- w/c 25th November
To help support our Christmas Fair we will be having a non-uniform week starting 25th November and all we ask in return is the donation of a bottle of something for our bottle tombola; wine, beer, perfume – anything you like as long as it’s in a bottle!! Thank you!

Premises Update
As you know, St John Ambulance, who own the building we occupy, have now served us notice to vacate as they wish to dispose of it. We have managed to gain a small extension to their original notice period and now have use of the building until February half term.

We are now actively working to secure a new building within Sandiacre. Everyone is working hard to ensure that our new premises will meet all our needs and as soon as we can provide more details for parents we will do so. We are hoping that by the end of November we can share that information with you.

Please speak to Jayne or Julie should you have any questions regarding this matter.

Inset Days
Please note that the following Inset Days have now been cancelled - Monday 6th January 2020 & Monday 11th May 2020.

We also have a new inset day to add to your diaries of Monday 24th February 2020.

Reminders......

Opening Hours – Please ensure that children are dropped off and collected promptly for all sessions;

Morning Session 9.15am – 12.15pm Afternoon Session 12.15pm – 3.15pm

Late arrivals can be upsetting for other children, especially those new to pre-school and still in the early stages of settling in; likewise late collection can also cause unnecessary upset. Please let us know if you are running late so that we can let your child know what is happening. Unadvised late collection of a child will incur a charge of £15.00.

End of Session Collection - If your child is to be collected by another person please remember to let a member of staff know as we are unable to release your child without prior notification.

Name Labels - Please ensure that all of your child’s possessions are clearly labelled with their full name. All bags, including lunch bags, should be labelled on the outside. If items are found unlabelled we will write names on with a black marker pen.

Clothing – It is imperative that children are sent to school in appropriate clothing. Children should be sent prepared for the weather with appropriate outdoor clothing as we always try to get outside – whatever the weather!! Footwear should enable children to climb and move with confidence; ill-fitting shoes can spoil their fun when pursuing outdoor activities as well as cause unnecessary accidents. Indoor clothes should enable a child to be as independent as possible, especially when using the toilet when time may be short!! So please avoid using tricky belts or dungarees that could hinder a child’s attempts to get to the toilet on time. Thank you.

Absence – Absence due to holiday should be notified in writing in advance. Absence due to illness should be notified by text by 9.15am (morning sessions) or 12.15pm (afternoon sessions).
All absences must be confirmed in writing.

Back-packs should be placed below your child’s peg on the coat rack.

Red Book Bags – All children must have a red pre-school book bag which should be placed in your child’s drawer each session they attend. Book bags are available at just £3.00 each, please see Jayne.

Uniform – All children must wear a red top or jumper whilst at pre-school. Tops with the pre-school logo are available at reasonable prices, please see Jayne should you require any items.

Changes - Please remember to let us know of any changes relevant to your child and their circumstances. We need to know if your contact details have changed, of any allergies or medical conditions and any other circumstances which may affect your child during their time with us.

There was also discussion about how we use Tapestry and to explain that observations are created as and when appropriate so this may not happen every week. Parents were also reminded that they can also create their own observations to either let us know what their child has been up to or to communicate with their key-person.

Jayne explained that we are aiming to produce a newsletter that will give parents a little more insight into the topics and activities happening at pre-school which will link into the observations seen on Tapestry.

Late payment of fees will automatically incur a penalty fee of £15 and continuous failure to pay fees could result in the removal of your child’s place from pre-school. Please speak to Jayne regarding any payment issues so that this can be avoided – many thanks.

Funded Sessions
All children aged 3 & 4 are eligible for the ‘Universal Entitlement’ of 15 hours government funding per week and some children will be eligible for an additional 15 hours per week under the ‘Extended Entitlement’ scheme. All funding starts the term following the child’s third birthday;

Birthday Date     Term Funding will be Received

1/4 – 31/8            Autumn (September)
1/9 – 31/12          Spring (January)
1/1 – 31/3            Summer (April)

We will shortly be sending home an FE1 Funding Form (for those who have not already completed one) which will need completing and returning as quickly as possible to ensure that we can process your claim for a funded place.

Please remember that in order to access the additional 15 hours per week you will need to have registered with the HMRC and received a ‘30 hours’ code. Once you have this code you must ‘re-confirm’ your status with the HMRC every 3 months. To find out more please speak to Jayne or visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk

We are also able to access funding for some 2 year olds dependent upon individual circumstances. Please speak to Jayne to find out more information.

Book Bags & Uniform
All children must have a red pre-school book bag and wear either plain red tops or red polo shirts/sweat shirts with our pre-school logo. Should you require any of these please speak to Jayne.

Tapestry
We would like to ask all parents to complete the ‘About Me’ page of their child’s profile. Please remember that parents can complete ‘Observations’ too...this is a great way for your child’s key-person to know a little more about what you and your child get up to outside of pre-school. This can in turn help us to ensure that we provide the best possible activities and resources that are most appropriate to your child.

Tapestry is also a great communication tool between pre-school and parents; staff can use ‘observations’ to let you know what your child is currently achieving and how you can help us to help them achieve their next steps. Parents can discuss their child’s development or anything else that they feel is relevant to their child’s time at pre-school.

Policies & Procedures
Our policies and procedures can be found on our website www.springfieldpreschool.co.uk these cover everything from safeguarding to absences to dropping off and collecting children to managing illnesses. Should you have any questions or wish to see a paper version of these please speak to Jayne.

Parent Committee AGM - Tuesday 1st October, 7pm
On Tuesday 1st October, at pre-school, at 7.00pm we will be holding our Annual General Meeting where we will be electing our committee for the forthcoming year.

In order for pre-school to open its doors we need to have a parent committee in place. The committee are there to oversee the operation of pre-school, to assist the management team and most importantly organise and run our fundraisers. We need a minimum of 5 committee members and of these there are three named roles - Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer. Should you wish to know more about being part of the committee please speak to Jayne who will be only too happy to chat and pass on any relevant information.

Without the support of our parents Springfield would not be what it is today. The role of our committee is vital to ensure the continued growth and development of pre-school and is a role very much appreciated by all of us involved with Springfield.

School Photographs – Wednesday 9th October
On Wednesday 9th October we will be visited by Tempest Photography for our annual pre-school photos. They offer a wide range of products from the usual photo packs to canvas wraps, acrylic prints, frames and even digital downloads. Their photographers specialise in visiting early years settings and take a variety of photos so that parents can choose the best for them. Parents will be provided with a small proof photo on the day and an order form. All orders placed will generate a commission of 20% for pre-school so not only do you get some lovely photos that make ideal Christmas presents you are also helping pre-school at the same time.

If your child attends pre-school on a Wednesday they will automatically have their photo taken unless we are advised otherwise.

If your child does not attend pre-school on a Wednesday, or you would like to include a sibling on the photo, please pick a time from the sheet that will be on the main door from 30th September.

Contacting Pre-School
You are able to contact pre-school between 8.30am and 3.30pm, Monday to Friday on 07960 983423. If you need to contact us outside of these hours then please use our email springfieldpreschool@hotmail.co.uk and we will respond as appropriate. Claiming a Funded Place for your Child
All children aged 3 & 4 are entitled up to 15 hours of Universal Funding per week, with some children entitled to a further 15 hours of Extended Funding per week (often referred to as ‘30 Hours Funding’). Some two year olds may also be eligible to funding. We advise all parents to visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk to find out what they are entitled to and how to claim it. It cannot be stressed enough how important it is that parents find out this information and action it promptly. Without correct codes, obtained within specified deadlines, parents may find they miss out on their full entitlement.

Parents who already claim the Extended Funding are reminded of the importance of re-confirming their ‘30 Hours Code’ every 3 months as failure to do this will result in funding being withdrawn. Please speak to Jayne should you have any questions.

Changes From September
Following numerous changes over the last couple of years to the way we receive the government funding, along with the continued high increases to the living wage, we are forced once again to make some changes in September.

Fees - All fees will be charged at a new standard rate of £4.35 per hour. The contribution towards ‘Essential Supplies’ will remain unchanged and continue to be requested at 50p per session, per week, per half term.

Lunch Time - As from September only those children who attend for a full day will be able to have their lunch at pre-school. Parents will still be required to provide a packed lunch and follow our Lunch Time Policy; there will still be no charge for this.

Claiming a Funded Place for your Child
If your child turns 3 between 1st April and 31st August then they will become eligible for a government funded place from September. We will shortly be sending home an FE1 Funding Form which will need completing and returning as quickly as possible to ensure that we can process your claim for a funded place.

Please speak to Jayne should you have any questions.

Transition to Reception Year
As part of our transition process we will be in contact with all the schools that our children will be moving onto this September. Some schools will choose to visit or will simply speak to us over the phone but some do not. Your child, however, should be invited to visit their new school at some point this term so please remember to let us know as this will help us as we speak with your children about moving onto ‘big school’ - thank you.

Summer Fair
It’s not long now until our Summer Fair and we need your help to make it a success! If you can help out in anyway please let Jayne know who will put you in touch with our committee. Do you have any contacts for raffle prizes? Do you know anyone who’d like to have a stall for a donation of £15? Can you promote the event for us? Do you have any ideas for stalls? Please either speak to Jayne or drop us an email springfieldpreschool@hotmail.co.uk All help is really appreciated, thank you.

Reception Year Leavers Concert
On Monday 15th July we will have our traditional leavers concert. This is for those children who will be leaving us for Reception Year and a separate note will be coming home soon with more information.

Key-person System
Every child at pre-school has a member of staff assigned to them and we refer to this person as their ‘key-person’. This member of staff is your first point of contact should you have anything to discuss regarding your child’s time at pre-school. This member of staff will be responsible for monitoring your child’s development and keeping you informed about this via Tapestry. Parents can then also use Tapestry to create their own ‘observations’ to let us know what your child has been up to outside of pre-school hours, as well communicate with your child’s key-person. If you are unsure who your child’s key-person is then please speak to Jayne.

Session Fees
Invoices for fees have been issued; all invoices are issued for the term up to the 24th May and should be paid in full by Wednesday 8th May 2019. Late payment of fees will automatically incur a penalty fee and continuous failure to pay fees could result in the removal of your child’s place from pre-school. Please speak to Jayne regarding any payment issues so that this can be avoided – many thanks.

Primary School Places
Parents of those children starting reception year this September will have now received confirmation of their child’s primary school. Please let us know as soon as possible which school your child will be attending so that we can start our transition process.

Planning for September!
We are now starting our planning for September! Letters will be coming home asking parents which sessions they would like for their child in September and it is imperative that these are returned quickly so we can help everyone to get the sessions they would like.

If you’re child turns 3 between 1st April and 31st August then they will be eligible for a government funded place. More details will be in the letter but parents will need to start thinking about the number of hours they require and whether they will be eligible for the Extended Entitlement funding (often referred to as 30 Hours Free Childcare). Parents are advised to visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk to find out what they are entitled to and how to claim it. It cannot be stressed enough how important it is that parents find out this information and action it promptly. Without correct codes, obtained within specified deadlines, parents may find they miss out on their full entitlement. Please read carefully the letter coming home and speak to Jayne should you have any questions.

Changes From September
Following numerous changes over the last couple of years to the way we receive the government funding, along with the continued high increases to the living wage, we are forced once again to make some changes in September.

Fees - All fees will be charged at a new standard rate of £4.35 per hour. The contribution towards ‘Essential Supplies’ will be remain unchanged and continue to be requested at 50p per session, per week, per half term.

Lunch Time - As from September only those children who attend for a full day will be able to have their lunch at pre-school. Parents will still be required to provide a packed lunch and follow our Lunch Time Policy; there will still be no charge for this.

Fashion Show
A big thank you to everyone who came along to our Fashion Show last term, as well as our lovely models! We managed to raise a wonderful £280!

Sponsored Bounce Success
We have been blown away by the generosity of those who took part in our Sponsored Bounce last term; you raised an astounding £877. This has already been put to good use as we have been able to membrane and gravel the garden surrounding our grassed area. Staff have been in over the Easter break to paint all of our wooden structures and fences as well as add to our sensory garden. We have also purchased two new benches as well as a new speaker for inside with plans to purchase one for outside as well so that we can have music wherever we are. If you haven’t yet paid in your sponsor money then please return it to us as quickly as you can - thank you.

Easter Fun Week
We had a great time during the last week of term with lots of fun Easter themed activities; we were joined by Jon from Asda at Long Eaton who judged our Easter headband competition as well as making some Easter nest cakes with us. We had yummy snacks, Easter Egg hunts, face painting, themed crafts, lucky dips and lots more. The raffle was a great success and raised £286 - thank you!

Smarties
We hope everyone enjoyed their packet of Smarties and thank you to everyone who has returned the tubes full of pennies; we have so far counted £81.13! Please remember to return the tubes to pre-school as soon as you can if you haven’t already - thank you!

Dummies!
We know that sometimes getting your child to give up their dummy can be a traumatic experience for both parent and child alike. So, we will be setting up a ‘Dummy Tree and Fairy House’ at pre-school where your child can ‘give their dummy to the fairies’. Children will be able to hang their dummies on the tree and then the next time they visit pre-school the dummy will have disappeared and the fairies will have left them a treat for being so brave. If you’d like to know more then please speak to any of the staff.

Warmer Weather
We hope that the weather will be warming up soon so please remember to send your child to pre-school with a sun hat and sun-cream already applied. Please remember to put your child’s name inside their sun hat too! Because of your payments towards our ‘Essential Supplies’ we do have a supply of child friendly factor 50 sun-cream at pre-school. This means that we can ensure all children are protected whilst they are at pre-school and we can re-apply cream as often as needed throughout the day. If, however, you’d rather we use your own cream please ensure that a supply, clearly marked with your child’s name, is left at pre-school.

Open Day - Tuesday 2nd July - 10am - 2pm
We will be having an Open day on Tuesday 2nd July from 10am till 2pm. This will be open to everyone; including parents of children who will be starting with us in September along with anyone else who is interested in a place for their child at Springfield. It’s a chance to come along and meet the team, experience some of our activities and generally find out a bit more about what Springfield offers your child.

General Reminders......
Name Labels - Please ensure that all of your child’s possessions are clearly labelled with their full name. All bags, including lunch bags, should be labelled on the outside as we have a number of children that have the same style bag and the lack of a name can cause confusion for both child and staff alike! If items are found unlabelled we will write names on with a black marker pen.

Uniform – All children are required to wear a red top or jumper whilst at pre-school. Tops with the pre-school logo are available at reasonable prices, please see Jayne should you require any items.

Red Book Bags
- All children must have a red book bag that should be brought to pre-school each time they attend.

Clothing – It is imperative that children are sent to school in appropriate clothing. Children should be sent prepared for the weather with appropriate outdoor clothing as we always try to get outside – whatever the weather! Footwear should enable children to climb and move with confidence; ill-fitting shoes can spoil their fun when pursuing outdoor activities as well as cause unnecessary accidents. Indoor clothes should enable a child to be as independent as possible, especially when using the toilet when time may be short! So please avoid using tricky belts or dungarees that could hinder a child’s attempts to get to the toilet on time. Thank you.

Absence – Any absences from pre-school should be notified in writing in advance if known i.e. holidays, or by 9.15am (morning sessions) or 12.15pm (afternoon sessions) in the case of sickness.

All absences must be confirmed in writing.

Children’s Bags - Your child must bring a small bag/back-pack with a set of spare clothes (including socks!) in case of accidents or messy/wet play; please ensure that the bag is a size that your child can carry themselves and is clearly labelled.

Changes - Please remember to let us know of any changes relevant to your child and their circumstances. We need to know if your contact details have changed, of any allergies or medical conditions and any other circumstances which may affect your child during their time with us.

Policies & Procedures – pre-school operating policies & procedures are available for all parents to read at any time and are located near the children’s drawers. Key policies are also available on our website www.springfieldpreschool.co.uk

Newsletter - March 2019

Important Dates for your Diary
w/c 25th March - ‘Parents Evening’ Week
w/c 8th April - Easter Fun Week
Friday 12th April - End of Term
Monday 29th April - Start of Summer Term

Please note that the dates for our Easter break are different to those of Nottinghamshire schools.

Planning for September!
It may only be March but we will be starting our planning for September very soon. Letters will be coming home after Easter asking parents which sessions they would like for their child in September and it is imperative that these are returned quickly so we can help everyone to get the sessions they would like.

If you’re child turns 3 between 1st April and 31st August then they will be eligible for a government funded place. It cannot be stressed enough how important it is that parents find out this information and action it promptly. Without correct codes, obtained within specified deadlines, parents may find they miss out on their full entitlement. Please speak to Jayne should you have any questions.

30 Hours Funded Childcare
If you think you maybe eligible for 30 hours funded childcare and would like to claim for the first time after Easter you MUST apply for your code before 31st March 2019. Visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk for more information.

Parents are reminded that when claiming the extended hours they must re-confirm their code every 3 months. Failure to do this will mean that pre-school will be unable to claim the funding on your behalf and parents will then be charged for those hours instead. So for example if you receive your code on the 1st May it must be re-confirmed before 1st August, then again 1st November and again before 1st February.

Changes From September
Following numerous changes over the last couple of years to the way we receive the government funding, along with the continued high increases to the living wage, we are forced once again to make some changes in September.

Sponsored Bounce
We would just like to say a big thank you to all those who took part in our Sponsored Bounce we had great fun and the amount pledged has exceeded our expectations. Please get any money into pre-school as quickly as possible so that we can start spending on our outside area. We have some lovely plans to enhance and brighten up the outside space that we are eager to get on with.

Closure Days
We would just like to thank everyone, once again, for their patience and understanding when we had to close at the beginning of this term. As the weather gets colder and unpredictable we run the risk of ‘snow days’. We always try to avoid closing at all costs and any decisions that we do take to close are always made as a last resort. We will always endeavour to let parents know of any closures as soon as possible and we do this via our text service and our Facebook page.

For those who pay fees we will always make the appropriate adjustments at the next invoicing point. For those children in receipt of government funding we are obliged through our agreement with Derbyshire County Council to offer alternate sessions for those missed. This is however an extremely difficult task due to the limited number of free spaces we currently have (we only have a handful of afternoon free spaces). Should anyone in receipt of government funding wish to take alternate sessions in lieu of those missed please speak to Jayne and we will do our best!

Cake Sale Week
The week of the 11th February is our first cake sale of 2019 so dust off those baking tins and get busy! Please bring in your donations (homemade or shop bought) from Monday 11th February. Cakes will be on sale at the end of each session until we run out!

Sponsored Bounce Week
After the half term break we will be organising a sponsored bounce! More details will follow but this fundraiser will help us to complete our improvements to our outdoor space.

Boogie Beat
On Wednesday 6th March in the afternoon we will be visited by Emma from Boogie Beat. This is a music and movement activity class that is based around traditional fairy tales and nursery rhymes with a lively and active dance twist! This is always a fun night, with plenty of bargains and a chance to see some familiar faces strut their stuff on the catwalk. Any volunteers who’d like to model please speak to Jayne (the more the merrier!).

Easter Fun Week
During the last week of our Spring term (w/c 8th April) we shall be having some Easter fun and fundraising! We will be asking for £3.50 per child and every child will get chance to take part in an Easter Egg Hunt, have a go at the Lucky Dip and Hook-a-Duck, have their face painted, join in with some Easter crafts as well as some special treats at snack time. Children will also be able to wear their favourite outfits. We will also have a small raffle with special Easter hampers to be won.

‘Parents Evening’ Week
Following feedback from our last parents evening we have decided to try a different approach in March. As parents will be very much aware Tapestry is a great way of keeping informed about your child’s time at pre-school; what they are up to, what they are achieving, how they are developing and what they are working towards. Tapestry is also a great communication tool between parents and their child’s key-person. Parents are encouraged to use this to discuss any areas of their child’s development; simply ‘create an observation’ and our staff will get back to any questions as quickly as they can. It is only through communication and working together that we can achieve the best possible outcomes for your child. Parents are also reminded that they can ask to speak to their child’s key-person at any time.

With all this in mind we have decided that during the week starting 25th March between the hours of 9.30am - 11.00am and 1.00pm - 3.00pm we will be giving parents the chance to see their child’s key-person should they wish to do so. This will be done by appointment and parents will be given 10 minute slots. More details will follow after the half term break.

Newsletter - January 2019

Welcome back we hope that everyone had a lovely Christmas and a very Happy New Year.

Important Dates for your Diary
w/c 11th February - Cake Sale Week
Friday 15th February - End of Term
Monday 25th February - Start of Term
Friday 22nd March - Risley Fashion House Show
Tuesday 26th and Thursday 28th March - Parent Evenings
Friday 5th April - Spring Fair
Friday 12th April - End of Term

Session Fees
Invoices for fees have been issued; all invoices are issued for the term up to the 15th February and should be paid in full by Wednesday 23rd January 2019. Late payment of fees will automatically incur a penalty fee and continuous failure to pay fees could result in the removal of your child’s place from pre-school. Please speak to Jayne regarding any payment issues so that this can be avoided – many thanks.

Primary School Applications
If your child was born between 1st September 2014 and 31st August 2015 they will be due to start Primary School in the academic year September 2019 – August 2020. Applications for your child's place at Primary School need to be made through Derbyshire County Council (for those living in Derbyshire) and Nottinghamshire County Council (for those living in Nottinghamshire) by midnight on 14th January 2019. If anyone has any questions please speak to Jayne.

Christmas Fair Success
A big, big thank you to everyone who helped make our Christmas Fair a huge success; we raised an amazing £1063! WOW!

Spring Term Topics
We start our new term with the topic of ‘Winter Wonderland’ where we will be looking at different countries, animals and environments. We will then finish by celebrating Chinese New Year. During the week starting 21st January we will be having a ‘Show & Tell’ activity and invite all children to bring in a small item from home to talk about. Please ensure whatever item they bring in it will fit in their tray!

Independent Skills
Learning to be independent is a vital part of any child’s development and especially so for those who will be starting primary school . In order to help your children can parents please make sure that clothing is practical, suitable for the weather (remember we go outside in ALL weathers) and easy for your child to handle. So please think about fastenings that your child can manage by themselves, perhaps use mittens rather than gloves that they can put on easily. Being able to get dressed and undressed by themselves is a key skill and one that we will be focusing on here at pre-school.

Red Book Bags
Please remember to bring your child’s book bag to school every day, this ensures that all items can get home safely including newsletters as well as your child’s work. If you need a book bag please see Jayne, they are just £3 each - thank you.

Lunchtime
For those children who stay for their lunch can parents please ensure that their packed lunch is sent in a separate lunch bag, that is clearly labelled on the outside with their name. Please ensure that all bags are kept clean and that plastic/carrier bags are avoided at all cost. Thank you.

Beginning & End of Sessions
Please make sure that all children are dropped off and collected on time. Late arrivals can be upsetting for some children as well as disruptive to the running of our sessions. Likewise children who are collected late can become upset unduly. Please be aware that the gate to the property will be locked as soon as possible after the beginning of a session to ensure the safety of all, therefore if parents are late they will need to knock on the window to the right of the gate to gain entry; please be patient as it may take us a while to get to the gate. We thank you for your co-operation with this. Please remember that late collection will incur a charge of £15.

End of Session Collection - If your child is to be collected by another person please remember to let us know as we are unable to release your child without prior notification.

Safeguarding & Social Media
Following a review of our Safeguarding policies and procedures parents are reminded that staff are not allowed to ‘follow’ or be ‘friends’ with parents on social media platforms unless individuals are friends/relatives prior to their child attending pre-school. We appreciate your understanding with regard to this matter.

General Reminders......
