It's that time of year again when some of our parents need to be thinking about applying for infant or primary school places for their children.
If your child was born between 1st September 2009 and 31st August 2010 you will need to apply for an infant or primary school place for them. They will then start Reception Year in September 2014.
Both Derbyshire County Council and Nottinghamshire County Council operate an online application system which is available now and all applications must be made by midnight on Wednesday 15th January 2014.
